The separator can be chosen under **Separator**. In German software systems and spread sheets mostly the **semicolon** is used as separator, whereas international software systems mostly use the comma as separator. Pressing the button the user can choose between up to four possibilities: ==== Export Non-profile-datas ==== The whole upper table is exported. ==== Choose only from non-profile-data ==== If an area in the upper table was chosen before the .csv-button was pressed one can also choose to export only this. ==== Profiles ==== The whole lower table is exported. ==== Choose only from profiles ==== If an area in the lower table was chosen before the .csv-button was pressed one can also choose to export only this. Pressing the control key while choosing different areas enables the user to export more than one independent area in one table.
