Load and Save

Machine, screw and barrel configurations can be loaded from and saved to a file or database by using the respective icon, like they are shown in the figure.

Path: Main menu > Project > Save process as…

Path: Main menu > Project > Save process…

If you want to save all associated machine data (cylinder configuration, screw configuration, material data, etc.), you can do so by clicking the Save process button.

You can also select the storage location and file name by clicking the Save process as button.

All configurations and calculation data are saved in one central file.

Path: Main menu > Project > Export process components…

Here, the user has the option of saving individual configurations, process parameters or experimental data from the process used (.xpro file format!) in the respective file formats. File export makes it easy to work with older versions than SIGMA 10.0.0.
