Machine, screw and barrel configurations can be loaded from and saved to a file or database by using the respective icon, like they are shown in the figure.

All machine data (barrel configuration, screw configuration, material data, …) which goes with it can be saved via the save process button. Using this button you can also determine storage location and file name. All configurations and calculation data are saved in a central file.

Path: Main menu > Project > Export process components…

The user can save single configurations, process parameters or experimental data from the used process (.xpro file format) in current file formats. Via file export the cooperation with older versions than SIGMA 10.0.0 is possible without any problems. Illustration: export dialogue process components
