Installing Sentinel HASP SL Network Seats

Designation	Description
`CLIENT`	System that uses the encrypted software
`SERVER`	System on which Sentinel HASP SL Network Seats is installed
`ACC`	Admin Control Center, Sentinel driver configuration, accessible at http://localhost:1947

Copy the file haspvlib_69139.dll to the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP. The folder may not exist yet.
Install the Thales Runtime using HaspUserSetup.exe with the default settings.
Open the ACC in a web browser and create an ID file for SERVER. To do this, click the Create ID File button under the Diagnostics menu item.
Send this file to [info@ktp-software.de](mailto:info@ktp-software.de) so that a license file can be created for SERVER.
After the license file has been sent back by e-mail, open the ACC again in a web browser. The file can be added under Update/Attach. The license should then appear under the Sentinel Keys menu item.
On the CLIENT side, the Thales Runtime must also be installed using HaspUserSetup.exe with the default settings.
The following options must then be set in the ACC under Configuration → Access to Remote License Managers:

Allow Access to Remote Licenses
Broadcast Search for Remote Licenses
Under Remote License Search Parameters, the IP address of SERVER must be entered. After a few minutes, the network license should appear under the Sentinel Keys menu item.

NEW_SERVER: Install the Thales Runtime using HaspUserSetup.exe with the default settings.
NEW_SERVER: Open the ACC in a web browser and create an ID file for NEW_SERVER. To do this, click the Create ID File button under the Diagnostics menu item.
OLD_SERVER: Start the tool RUS_KTP2025.exe and select Transfer License.
- OLD_SERVER: The SL file is selected directly if it is rehostable.
- OLD_SERVER: Under Recipient Information File, the ID file from step 2 of NEW_SERVER must now be loaded.
- OLD_SERVER: The license transfer file *data*.h2h then contains the license.
NEW_SERVER: The file can be added in the ACC under Update/Attach. The license should then appear under the Sentinel Keys menu item.
Alternatively, the file *data*.h2h can also be updated using the tool RUS_KTP2025.exe.
