In addition to polymers you can enter and edit polymer-polymer mixtures (polymer blends) and polymer-filler mixtures (compounds). The menu items to perform these operations can be found in the Material menu.

Two different kinds of mixtures are supported by SIGMA – Polymer-Polymer blends and Polymer-Filler compounds.

• Name: Name of the material
• Type: Type of the material
• Batch No.: Individual batch number of the material
• Editor: Name of the editor
• Date: Date on which the material data was entered
• Comment: eventual comment of the user
